We offer few techniques of imprint on plastic cards

TRADITIONAL OFFSET – used with projects with full color imprint CMYK or with PANTONE. Used in medium and large editions (over 1000 pcs)

DIGITAL OFFSET – used with a full color imprint with full CMYK. Used in small editions (100 – 1000 pcs)

SCREEN PRINTING – used with simple projects, but also with an imprint in metal colors. Used with small editions (up to 100 pcs)

STAMPING – used with printing ID cards, only with simple projects in one color, eventually used in full color imprint.

ADDITIONAL ELEMENTS ON A CARD

MAGNETIC STRIPE – may be used as data carrier. Data can be saved in 3 data paths. 1) alphanumeric, 2) numeric 37 signs, 3) numeric 105 signs.
We use magnetic stripes in two types:
LoCo – gęstość 300 – 400 Oe
HiCo – gęstość 2700 – 4000 Oe – high magnetic resistance.
To pick correct magnetic stripe, you have to be aware of which type of reader is going to be used with a card.

THE SIGNATURE STRIP – enables to put owners signature on a plastic card. The strip is printed with screen printing in white or transparent color.

CHIP – Depending on usage we recommend SIMENS chips: SLE 4406 – 104 bites, SLE 2236 – 221 bites, SLE 4432 – 256 bytes, SLE 4442 – 256 bytes, SLE 4428 – 1024 bytes and others.

SCRATCH-OFF – used to hide particular information for ex. PIN Code. The information can be read by scratching off the covering. The scratch-off can be placed on a plastic card with stamping or with self-destructive sticker that provides high quality data protection.

PROXIMITY MODULE – is the carrier of information that allows interaction with the cored with no need to touch it. Distance of several dozen cm is appropriate to use the module with coder. (Depending on module type).

HOLOGRAMS – placed on a card by hot – stamping. With an order of more than 100.000 pcs we recommend individual project of the hologram.
